• I had a woman who came to me after going from homeopath to homeopath, getting aggravations and partial cures. She found her core remedy with me, and began to free herself from chronic pain and suffering. She went from despair to hope. And it keeps getting better.
• A wife brought her husband to see me. He had a 30 year old shoulder pain which he described as reaching 15/10 on the pain scale, worse whenever he had trouble sleeping. He is now sleeping well, and his pain is reduced to a 2/10.
• A pregnant mother came to me due to previous trauma and fear of delivery. After she got her remedy, her body was so relieved and relaxed that she spontaneously went into labor. And described the birth as "easy."

Previously, I have been seeing people who come in for one-off sessions, and sometimes this is enough. But most often life happens and exactly when we need homeopathic support to get through the tough period it gets put off, due to the tough period. We don't end up seeing each other for a while and have to sort of start over again.

What causes chronic stress?

Lack of meaning that is specific to the person experiencing it. The meaning of your life is not the same as the meaning of mine. Not the same as the meaning of someone else. This impression of lack of meaning leads to dissatisfaction, guilt, nostalgia, anger, chaos & chronic stress.

This chronic, and usually unconscious, stress dynamic leads to your Chief Complaint (the reason you'd like homeopathic treatment, ex. rash, pain, digestion problems, relationship problems, excessive worry/sadness, chronic health problems).

I use a three-prong strategy to help you heal:

1. In-depth inquiry into your subconscious habits/patterns, your desires, and what is beneath this that leads to stress. During this step clients have many insights or "ah ha" moments into their personalities and the evolution of their lives. It is self-discovery.
2. The core remedy (classical homeopathy) that directly addresses that stress dynamic that we uncover in the inquiry sessions, to relieve it and bring you freedom to be yourself.
3. Homeopathic and naturopathic remedies that direct the healing of the body, mind, emotions. So while we are addressing the root cause (chronic stress unique to you) with the core remedy, we also use a wide range of remedies to give you immediate relief and promote healing in the specific areas that you need it.
